1. My Epson printer is blinking red lights alternatively. What is this?

This is likely the "Waste Ink Pad Counter" error. The printer thinks the ink pads are full. We can reset the software and replace the physical pads for you.

2. My HP LaserJet prints have vertical black lines.

This usually means the Drum Unit inside the toner cartridge is scratched, or the Fuser Film is torn. We recommend replacing the toner or servicing the fuser.

3. Can you refill my toner cartridge?

Yes, we provide professional toner refills for HP 85A, 79A, 107A, and Canon 325/328 cartridges with high-quality powder.

4. My printer is connected to Wi-Fi but not printing.
