1. Delivery Policy

At FlowTech, we strive to deliver your purchased products in a timely, secure, and efficient manner. Our delivery services are designed to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for every customer.

1.1 Delivery Coverage

We offer delivery services across:

  • Local Areas: Within whole Bangladesh

  • Nationwide: Major cities and districts in Bangladesh via trusted courier/logistics partners

1.2 Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days within major cities

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 business days

  • Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: Available in select locations (upon request and subject to product availability)

1.3 Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above 60000 within city limits

  • Delivery charges may apply based on:

    • Order value

    • Delivery location

    • Product size or weight

Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly stated during checkout or order confirmation.

1.4 Order Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once the order is dispatched. Tracking can be done via our website or directly through the logistics partner.

1.5 Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, damaged, or missing:

  • Please report it to our Customer Support within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Damaged packages should be refused upon receipt, and photos should be taken for record.


2. Return & Replacement Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Our return and replacement policy is structured to ensure fairness and satisfaction for all customers.

2.1 Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damageddefective, or not as described upon delivery.

  • The product was incorrectly shipped.

  • The product has manufacturing faults and is reported within the applicable warranty period.

2.2 Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

  • Product must be in unused, original condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact.

  • A valid purchase invoice must be provided.

  • Product serial numbers must match FlowTech’s records.

Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used toner cartridges

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Products with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging

  • Software or downloadable items

2.4 Return & Replacement Process

  1. Contact FlowTech Customer Support via phone or email.

  2. Submit relevant details including invoice number, product photos, and issue description.

  3. Once approved, return the product to the nearest FlowTech office or via courier.

  4. Inspection will be completed within 3 business days of receipt.

  5. Upon approval, a replacement or refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

2.5 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.

  • For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be made via mobile banking or direct bank deposit.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where FlowTech is at fault.
