1. Introduction

At FlowTech, we stand behind the quality and performance of every product we sell. This Limited Warranty Policy outlines the scope of after-sales support, product servicing, and customer rights in case of defects or faults in our printers, toners, and photocopiers. This policy ensures that our valued customers receive reliable service in line with global standards and our commitment to excellence.

2. Warranty Coverage

FlowTech warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use during the applicable warranty period. The coverage details are as follows:

Note: Toners are considered consumables and are covered only for defects noticed upon first-time installation or use.

3. Warranty Eligibility

To be eligible for warranty service:

• The product must be purchased from FlowTech or an authorized distributor.

• The original sales invoice and warranty card must be presented.

• The product must be within the valid warranty period.

• The product serial number must be intact and match FlowTech’s records.

4. What This Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in components or materials.

• Electrical or mechanical failures under standard usage.

• Factory faults affecting performance and functionality.

• Service labor charges for eligible repairs at authorized FlowTech service centers.

5. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or improper installation.

• Issues caused by power fluctuations, lightning strikes, or electrical surges.

• Use of non-genuine, refilled, or incompatible toner or ink cartridges.

• Damage during transportation or handling by the customer after delivery.

• Natural wear and tear or consumable parts (drums, rollers, toner refills, fusers, etc.).

• Third-party software, drivers, or external device compatibility issues.

• Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or service by non-certified personnel.

6. Warranty Claim Process

To claim warranty service:

1. Contact FlowTech via phone, email, or through our official website.

2. Provide your purchase receipt and warranty card.

3. Bring or ship the product (securely packaged) to an authorized FlowTech Service Center.

4. Our technicians will inspect and assess the product.

5. If the issue falls under warranty, repair or replacement will be provided at no cost.

Warranty Turnaround Time: Typically 3–7 working days, depending on availability of parts and service queue.

7. Repair, Replacement & Limitations

• FlowTech reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.

• Replacement units may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent.

• Warranty coverage does not restart upon repair or replacement—it continues from the original purchase date.

• FlowTech’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product.

8. Limitation of Liability

FlowTech shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of data or documents stored on the device.

• Downtime losses, business interruption, or loss of revenue.

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility.

১. ভূমিকা

FlowTech সব সময় গুণগত মান ও পারফরম্যান্সের নিশ্চয়তা দেয়। এই ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালার মাধ্যমে আমরা আমাদের প্রিন্টার, টোনার ও ফটোকপিয়ারের পর-বিক্রয় সেবা, পণ্যের ত্রুটি এবং ক্রেতার অধিকার পরিষ্কারভাবে উল্লেখ করেছি।

২. ওয়ারেন্টি কভারেজ

নোট: টোনার একটি ভোগ্যপণ্য, এটি কেবলমাত্র প্রথম ব্যবহারে ত্রুটি থাকলে কভার হবে।

৩. ওয়ারেন্টি পাওয়ার শর্তাবলি

• FlowTech অথবা অনুমোদিত ডিলার থেকে পণ্যটি ক্রয় করতে হবে।

• মূল বিক্রয় রশিদ ও ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড দেখাতে হবে।

• পণ্যটি ওয়ারেন্টির মেয়াদের মধ্যে থাকতে হবে।

• সিরিয়াল নম্বর অক্ষত ও FlowTech-এর রেকর্ড অনুযায়ী হতে হবে।

৪. ওয়ারেন্টি অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে:

• প্রস্তুতিগত ত্রুটি বা উপকরণের ত্রুটি।

• স্বাভাবিক ব্যবহারে বৈদ্যুতিক বা যান্ত্রিক সমস্যা।

• কারখানা সংক্রান্ত পারফরম্যান্স সমস্যাগুলো।

• FlowTech অনুমোদিত সার্ভিস সেন্টারে সার্ভিস চার্জ ছাড়াই মেরামত।

৫. ওয়ারেন্টি অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে না:

• অব্যবহার, ভুল সেটআপ, দুর্ঘটনা বা অবহেলায় সৃষ্ট ক্ষতি।

• বৈদ্যুতিক ভোল্টেজের সমস্যা বা বজ্রপাত।

• রিফিল বা অ-অরিজিনাল টোনার ব্যবহার।

• ক্রেতার দ্বারা পরিবহনজনিত ক্ষতি।

• সাধারণ ক্ষয় (ড্রাম, রোলার, ফিউজার ইত্যাদি)।

• তৃতীয় পক্ষের সফটওয়্যার বা হার্ডওয়্যার ইস্যু।

• অনুমোদনহীন সার্ভিস বা পরিবর্তন।

৬. ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার প্রক্রিয়া

• ফোন, ইমেইল অথবা ওয়েবসাইটের মাধ্যমে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।

• বিক্রয় রশিদ ও ওয়ারেন্টি কার্ড দেখান।

• পণ্যটি আমাদের সার্ভিস সেন্টারে আনুন বা কুরিয়ারে পাঠান।

• আমাদের টেকনিশিয়ান চেক করে সমস্যার ধরন নির্ধারণ করবেন।

• ওয়ারেন্টির আওতায় পড়লে, মেরামত বা প্রতিস্থাপন ফ্রি-তে করা হবে।

সাধারণ সময়: ৩ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবস (পার্টসের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভরশীল)।

৭. মেরামত, প্রতিস্থাপন ও সীমাবদ্ধতা

• FlowTech পণ্য মেরামত, প্রতিস্থাপন বা ফেরত দেওয়ার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

• প্রতিস্থাপিত ইউনিট নতুন, রিফারবিশড বা সমমানের হতে পারে।

• প্রতিস্থাপনের পর ওয়ারেন্টির সময় গণনা শুরু হবে না – এটি মূল ক্রয় তারিখ থেকেই চলবে।

• আমাদের দায়িত্ব কেবলমাত্র পণ্য মেরামত বা প্রতিস্থাপন পর্যন্ত সীমাবদ্ধ।

৮. দায়িত্বের সীমাবদ্ধতা

FlowTech দায়ী নয়:

• ডিভাইসে সংরক্ষিত ডেটা বা নথির ক্ষতির জন্য।

• ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতি, ডাউনটাইম বা রাজস্বের ক্ষতির জন্য।

• পরোক্ষ বা অনানুষ্ঠানিক ক্ষতির জন্য।
