১. ভূমিকা

স্বাগতম FlowTech-এ। এই শর্তাবলী ("শর্তাবলী") আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, পণ্য, সেবা এবং সম্পর্কিত সাপোর্ট ব্যবহারের নিয়ম নির্ধারণ করে। FlowTech-এর যেকোনো পণ্য বা সেবা ক্রয় বা ব্যবহার করলে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলীর সাথে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। অনুগ্রহ করে তা মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

২. সংজ্ঞা

• “গ্রাহক”, “আপনি”, “ব্যবহারকারী” বলতে বোঝানো হয়েছে যেকোনো ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠান যারা আমাদের পণ্য বা সেবা ব্যবহার করছেন।

• “পণ্য” বলতে বোঝানো হয়েছে প্রিন্টার, ফটোকপিয়ার, টোনার, অ্যাক্সেসরিজ এবং অন্যান্য বিক্রিত আইটেম।

• “সেবা” বলতে বোঝানো হয়েছে কাস্টমার সাপোর্ট, ওয়ারেন্টি সার্ভিস, ডেলিভারি ও কারিগরি পরামর্শ ইত্যাদি।

৩. শর্তাবলী মেনে চলা

FlowTech-এর সেবা ব্যবহার বা অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি:

• নিশ্চিত করছেন যে আপনি কমপক্ষে ১৮ বছর বয়সী বা আইনগতভাবে চুক্তিতে প্রবেশের যোগ্য।

• প্রযোজ্য আইন ও বিধি অনুসারে পণ্য ব্যবহার, পেমেন্ট ও ওয়ারেন্টি মেনে চলবেন।

৪. পণ্যের তথ্য ও মূল্য

• আমরা সর্বদা পণ্যের বিস্তারিত, স্পেসিফিকেশন ও মূল্য যথাসম্ভব সঠিকভাবে প্রদর্শনের চেষ্টা করি।

• FlowTech যেকোনো ভুল সংশোধন ও মূল্য পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

• পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতা স্টকের ওপর নির্ভরশীল এবং পূর্ব সতর্কতা ছাড়াই পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।

৫. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট

• পেমেন্ট নিশ্চিত হলে অর্ডার চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।

• অনুমোদিত পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিগুলোর মধ্যে রয়েছে: নগদ, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ, নগদ), ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার ইত্যাদি।

• FlowTech যেকোনো অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে, বিশেষ করে প্রতারণা, মুল্য ভুল, বা স্টক না থাকলে।

৬. ডেলিভারি ও মালিকানা

• পণ্যের মালিকানা ও ঝুঁকি ডেলিভারির পর গ্রাহকের কাছে হস্তান্তরিত হয়।

• ডেলিভারির সময় অনুমান নির্ভর, কিছু বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৭. রিটার্ন, প্রতিস্থাপন ও ওয়ারেন্টি

• রিটার্ন ও ওয়ারেন্টি আবেদন FlowTech-এর অফিসিয়াল [ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি] ও [রিটার্ন নীতিমালা]-র আওতাভুক্ত।

• ফেরত দেওয়া পণ্য FlowTech-এর অনুমোদিত টেকনিশিয়ানের মাধ্যমে যাচাই হবে।

• ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল হবে যদি: পণ্যের অপব্যবহার, অবৈধ পরিবর্তন, শারীরিক ক্ষতি, বা পাওয়ার সার্জ দেখা যায়।

৮. মেধাস্বত্ব

• আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট ও অন্যান্য মাধ্যমে ব্যবহৃত সব কনটেন্ট, লোগো, ডিজাইন FlowTech-এর মেধাস্বত্ব। অনুমতি ছাড়া ব্যবহার, অনুলিপি, বা বিতরণ করা যাবে না।

৯. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমাবদ্ধতা

FlowTech দায়ী নয়:

• পণ্যের ব্যবহারে কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য।

• ব্যবসায়িক ক্ষতি, ডেটা ক্ষতি বা আয়ের ক্ষতির জন্য।

• যেকোনো অপ্রত্যাশিত বিলম্ব বা সমস্যার জন্য।

১০. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ

আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে:

• অবৈধ কাজে আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট বা পণ্য ব্যবহার করবেন না।

• মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য প্রদান করবেন না।
